Stretch 1:
Strike a priestess’ pose, one hand at a time. Lift your hand above your heart, near your face, fingers spread wide and hold for ten seconds to get your powerful blood flowing again.
Stretch 2:
As important as it obviously is to keep your eyes glues to the screen while in the midst of dire circumstances and great adversity, it is equally important to give your all too human eyes a break every so often. Remembering this key factor, following Codex’s example of looking away from the screen during pauses and rest periods can help both you and your character regain precious lifelines. Just roll your eyes away from the screen and hold the off screen stare for thirty seconds.
Stretch 3:
Don’t let your real life face lose expression for the sake of your avatar, let that vivacity flow both ways by stretching your face muscles and keeping yourself alert with Codex’s time honored and highly professional gaming stretch pictured below.
