The 2012 Off Centered Film Festival (or OCFF, as the cool kids call it) is blazin’ through Austin this weekend. The festivities will include an awesome Alamo Drafthouse ‘Rolling Roadshow’ screening of Blazing Saddles, a marathon of Wainy Days hosted by David Wain & friends, a BEER FEAST (!!!!!) from the Alamo Drafthouse for Once Upon A Time In The West, and a short film competition hosted by Dogfish Head.
Sounds like a lot, eh? Well, worry not, friends… we’ve gotcha covered. :)
If you want to attend the Blazing Saddles BEER PARTY (again, exclamation points x100), then leave a comment below. We’ll pick two random winners and add you & a friend to the guest list. Must be 21+.
If you’re interested in any of the other happenings, then get your wallet ready and hit up these links!

We’ll have some Wear The Cheesers in attendance, so check back soon for an in depth recap of the fest!
If you’re feeling especially greedy today, then you’re in even more luck. Here’s a very special sneak peak at the kind of films you’ll see at the OCFF. Well, actually, the films you’ll see are supposedly much better than this one. This, my friends, is the Wear The Cheese entry into the competition. Sadly, it was rejected (probably because it’s oddly, and unintentionally, anti-drinking), but not it sits in the halls of YouTube for your viewing pleasure. All of the films this year have a ‘western’ twist, and each had to include some Dogfish Head product placement and clock in under 5 minutes long. Enjoy our film, directed & edited by our very own Carrie Evans (and shot by me!), 99 Bottles. :)
Also, check out a gallery of images from last year’s Fest, as well as a preview of the food for this year!
