Hey you guyyyys! Remember the wonderfully funny dance that Chunk did in Goonies called the Truffle Shuffle? What am I saying, of course you do! Who doesn’t?! Goonies is a certified classic adventure comedy that everyone from my generation, past generations, and future generations will enjoy.
While I never really understood the reason for the dance being called the Truffle Shuffle, I would constantly wonder what a Truffle Shuffle would taste like. I take the word “shuffle” as meaning “mix,” and based my dessert around that!
Ingredients:
Semisweet chocolate chips
Heavy cream
Baby Ruth candy bar
Whipped cream
Chocolate truffles
To mix up this sweet concoction, warm up the cream a little bit. Then pour some chocolate chips, chopped up Baby Ruth bits, and the cream into a blender. Blend until the chocolate chips break up a little bit.
You’ll end up with a chunky mousse at the end. Pour the mixture into a small bowl (trust me, you don’t need much to have a sweet overload!). Add some whipped cream and a chocolate truffle on top.
Now did in! I warn you, this dessert is super.. I mean SUPER sweet!
So be ready to die by the hand of chocolate! Oh wait, that’s right, Goonies never say die!
